Austin

It was a pleasure to photograph some portraitures of Austin playing in the leaves in the woods. Austin is my Godson and it was nice to get some photos of him for his Mum and Dad now he is walking around and exploring things.

Austin, me and his Dad had a good time wondering around in the woods of the Somerset hillsides capturing some photos of Austin kicking in the leaves and playing with the dogs of passing walkers. I love capturing the more natural moments of children playing around in the great outdoors as I feel that more of their character shows through in the images produced rather than when in the studio with big lights pointing at them and little space to move about.

It was all going so well until Austin decided he wanted to jump in a puddle. Little did he, or his Dad or me, know that the puddle was more of a small pond and he went into up to his waist! Luckily There was a spare set of clothes waiting for him so we all dashed back to the carpark and Austin was able to change into a warm and dry set of clothes!
